Is NetFlow supported on Cisco Switches?
Unfortunately, Netflow is only supported on L2 devices (e.g. Routers). Switches such as Catalyst 2900, 3500, and 3700 series are all L3 devices. Therefore, Netflow isn’t supported.

Actually, there are a few Cisco switches in the Catalyst line that support NetFlow – the Catalyst 4500 series and 6500/6000 series, for instance, are capable of exporting NetFlow.
Even Cisco ASA firewalls are capable of exporting NetFlow now. However, Plixer’s Scrutinizer tool is the only NetFlow collector on the market right now that supports true NetFlow from the ASA.
