If you are getting Event ID 9187 and Event ID 9186 error messages on your Exchange server after you moved them to a different OU in Active Directory, then you will need to restart the MSExchangeSA service in Services.

System Attendant is caching the old settings and need to be restarted for it to see the need OU.
