Exchange is currently in recovery mode popup
Outlook Popup Error:
“Exchange is currently in recovery mode. You can either connect to your
Exchange server using the network, work offline, or cancel this logon”
Solution:
- Go into the ‘Email Accounts’ settings under the ‘Tools’ menu.
- Click on ‘View or Change existing e-mail accounts’ and then ‘Next’
- Click on ‘Change’
- Click on ‘More Settings’ and then to the ‘Advanced’ tab
- Clear the ‘Use Cached Exchange Mode’ checkbox and then click on ‘Apply’
- Click on the ‘Offline Folder File Settings’ and ‘Disable Offline use.
* You will be prompted – just click on ‘Yes’
