How to cancel printing or to delete a print job that is stuck in the print queue in Windows XP?

Well, the first thing is to find the printer that you sent the jobs too. You can click on the ‘Control Panel’ that is under the ‘Start Menu’.

Now inside the ‘Control Panel’ window, find the ‘Printer and Faxes’ icon and double click it. You will see all your printers here. Open up your printer properties page and you will see there will be a option to cancel and delete the job that is stuck in the printer.

Another method to cancel or delete print queues is to restart your Printer Spool service under ‘Services’.
