How to sync the time with the PDC with Server Core?

Here is the command to have your Server Core machine to sync with the PDC emulator server.

In the command prompt, type in :

w32tm /config /update /syncfromflags:DOMHIER

After that, type in:

w32tm.exe /resync /nowait

to force a time sync
