IE9 Crashes On Startup
When IE crashes, this can be caused by many things. e.g. bad install, addons conflicts, hardware issues, memory issues, etc…
So what you need to do, is to find the cause of the problem. First, ask yourself. Have you installed or noticed that the system installed any new software lately? If yes, try uninstalling the software and try again. If no, then have you installed any new hardware lately? Do the same, uninstall the new hardware and test again.
If all fail, in IE9 there is a option that you choose. Select the ‘Use Software Rendering instead of GPU rendering”. This is located in the ‘Advanced’ tab under the Internet Options section. Sometimes, your graphic card drivers might be outdated and doesn’t work that well with IE9. This option will use software rendering instead of having your graphic card does the rendering.
