Today, one of our user was experiencing a problem with his Outlook (version 2007). Every time he starts his Outlook, it gave him an error message and prompted him with the error message and giving the option to send the error message to Microsoft.

Below is the event that we are seeing on his Event Viewer

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.4518.1014, stamp 4542840f, faulting module emsmdb32.dll, version 12.0.4518.1014, stamp 45428079, debug? 0, fault address 0x00129aae.

One solution we found that fixed the problem, is to recreate his Outlook profile. By doing this, it recreated his Outlook.
