When you try to open or save a file in a Microsoft Office program, you might receive an “Access Denied” error message and the program might quit unexpectedly.

One solution is to set the permissions on the parent folder of the redirected folder as listed in the following table.

User– Permissions
Enterprise administrators –Full Control
Domain administrator– Full Control

Authenticated users– Traverse Folder / Execute File / List Folder / Read Data Read Attributes
