Word won’t open on Vista

Recently my Microsoft Word doesn’t startup and open under Vista.

The version I am using is Word 7 on Microsoft Vista Ultimate. I tried with and without service pack 1 (sp1) and the same results.

Solution: You can use the ‘/a’ when you run the word program. e.g. “winword.exe /a”. Either you type this on the command prompt or you can right click on the word icon and change the properties there.
